Measurements
While we are happy to assist you with a roll count when you provide measurements, we can only offer you our best guess based on the manufacturer's formula on the number of rolls to order. We cannot guarantee the number of rolls. This is simply a complimentary service. If you are using a professional installer, they should provide you with roll counts.

No Sales Tax
Leland's Wallpaper does not collect sales tax on any orders that are shipped outside of the state of Texas. 8.25% sales tax only applies to orders shipped to a Texas address.

Check Your Orders Upon Receipt
Manufacturer's require that we as a retailer report any ship errors or shorted shipments with photographs. They also require photographic documentation on any order received with damaged packaging. They prefer it be done within 48 hours for timely replacements or refunds. What to photograph: box, shipping label, contents and packing slip.

Alaska and Hawaii
Please call for a shipping quote. Flat rate ship does not apply outside the contiguous United States.

International Customers
We do ship world wide. Please email us your full ship to address, the product name and color option, and the quantity needed. We do our best to check stock and return your email with a shipping quote within 1-2 business days. We will email you an invoice to pay for your order.

Next Day and 2nd Day Air
Most orders can be shipped next day or 2nd day air for an additional charge. Selecting this shipping method does not speed up the manufacturing of your order. It only speeds up the delivery of your order once it leaves the warehouse. Please note all expedited orders should be placed before NOON CST to leave same day. Please call or email us to get a shipping quote.

Returns
You may return all UNOPENED items sold by Leland's Wallpaper within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All wallpaper samples are non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable.

Packages shipped directly from a manufacturer require prior authorization from that manufacturer and RA number to be shipped back (failure to use this process may result in significant delays to your return). Please call or email Leland's to receive this authorization. Only items UNOPENED and in manufacturer's original packaging (with label) may be returned. At our discretion, we may decline your return if it cannot be returned to the sales floor.

To encourage exchanges, we work with vendors to try and waive restocking fees when the customer orders another product from the same vendor.  Exchanges for manufacturer shipped items should be pre-arranged through Leland's Wallpaper. Customer is responsible for return shipping and the appropriate shipping for new product.

Any item that has been refused by the customer and returned to the warehouse will be charged an additional freight charge for the return and deducted from any refund.
