Flash sale patterns come from multiple vendors. These items are discontinued, clearance items that cannot be returned. They are 70% off MSRP.
Flash sale items have been in stock in our retail store and will ship from our location in Arlington, TX. We have a flat rate handling fee and tax will be applied for orders outside the state of Texas.
These items have not be purchased as second quality and have no known defects. We rotate our stock on a regular bases. While some items may be donated to our local Habitat ReStore, we offer others at an excellent discount for anyone wanting to decorate on a budget.
