It's different from the Empire! Fullness comes from behind the horns vs. from the top of board. Requires a different shape of the pattern and different construction. Can be gathered or pleated. Can be cut as a seamless valance if desired. Includes cutting lines for 16", 18" and 20" swag depth. A single section can be up to 38" wide; add more swag sections for larger windows.
