A formal valance with deep pleats that originate from the top of the board and cluster around the horn section. It and the jabot are cut with a straight bottom allowing you to use fabric borders and wide braids. Can be cut as a seamless valance if desired. Includes cutting lines for 16", 18" and 20" swag depth. A single section can be up to 38" wide; add more swag sections for large windows.
